Anointing & Communion to the SickAnointing of the Sick People preparing to go to hospital and who require surgery, are invited to contact one of the priests beforehand, for the Sacrament of Anointing. With diminishing numbers of priests, one might not always see a priest in a hospital. It’s best to contact one of our priests before going to hospital. In circumstance where a person’s illness could lead to death, please contact one of the priests while a loved one is conscious. There is a Mass of Anointing at 9.00am on the first Friday of each month. Mass is also celebrated at View Hills Manor, a retirement home, on the third Tuesday of the month at 10.30am. The priests visit on or near the First Friday of the month for Anointing and Communion. Communion to the Sick and House Bound For those unable to attend Sunday Mass, Communion is brought to them at home on a Sunday by a Parish Minister of Communion. This is usually after 10am. Ministry to View Hills Manor Retirement Home The Parish offers Pastoral Care and Support to retired people in the care of View Hills Manor by way on Sunday Communion Services, plus a Masses on 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month. We are available at other times by calling the Parish Centre. Contact Parish Centre: 9700-3781
